Yes, the RigWare™ system can be downloaded directly onto your own tablet from Google Play. Intebloc can also supply a ruggedised tablet if preferred. 

Our team takes full lead on the data input process, ensuring there is no administrative time required by customers. 

Yes, test certificates can be viewed at a touch of a button on both the tablet-based RigWare™ application and the online portal. 

Yes, RigWare™ is fully RFID compatible. RFID technology isn’t encoded and RFID tags already fitted to equipment can be scanned through the system. Installing and syncing RFID tags into RigWare™ can be carried out within seconds. 

We provide unlimited onshore support as part of our rental agreement with customers. From familiarisation to ongoing support, we are here for our users as and when required. 

Yes, the RigWare™ system is designed to work offline with no limitations. Once the system connects to a Wi-Fi point, the system will synchronise to the portal immediately, ensuring a smooth transfer of data.
